Connector operation and setup with Sharvy

How the integration works

- Type of integration: API (Paid service - request a quote from Sharvy)
- Integration direction: Lucca to Sharvy
- Integration frequency: twice a day at 4 am and 2 pm
- Setting up the integration: you are not free to activate the connector. You will need to contact Sharvy’s technical support

Synchronized data
During the data synchronization process, Sharvy will retrieve the following data:
- information about employee absences:
- Type of absence
- Description of the absence
- Date of the absence
- Name of the absent employee
- Email address of the absent employee
- information about the employee’s location:
- Date of “work remote” employee's location from Timmi Office to Sharvy
Setting up the integration in Lucca
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application
- Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
- Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
The connection steps to be completed in Sharvy
To set up the connector, you need to contact your Sharvy representative
