Connector operation and setup with Sharvy

How the integration works

      • Solutions involved: Core HR, Expenses, Absences 
      • Type of integration: API (Paid service - request a quote from Sharvy)
      • Integration direction: Lucca to Sharvy
      • Integration frequency: twice a day at 4 am and 2 pm
      • Setting up the integration: you are not free to activate the connector. You will need to contact Sharvy’s technical support

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Sharvy will retrieve the following data:

  • information about employee absences:
    • Type of absence
    • Description of the absence
    • Date of the absence
    • Name of the absent employee
    • Email address of the absent employee
  • information about the employee’s location:
    • Date of “work remote” employee's location from Lucca Office to Sharvy

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.

     
  5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

Integration testing

đź“– If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.

Adding data to connectors

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
