User files have a new look!
You can now manage your employees' information more efficiently, namely through the following upgrades:

A redesigned interface, which includes:

A home page that can be accessed by managers and administrators, who are often required to access other users' files;

A button that lets you navigate from one HR file to another with the same search experience as on the home page;

Widgets displaying a summary of the employee's situation (current contract, job assignment, management, supervised employees);
A new section layout, which separates:

- General information (personal information, personal contact details, and professional contact details);
- The Contracts section, which offers better representation of contractual changes thanks to the new concept of amendments;
- The Career section, which groups together all of the data associated with the employee's job (job title, department, qualification, manager's name, supervised employees).
- Application information, which groups together all of the information required for the Lucca apps to run properly (login details, delegation, roles, etc.) ;
Depending on which Lucca solutions you have, you'll also find new sections, such as:
- Bank account information (which lets you associate a validated IBAN with an employee and offers more secure editing, with a notification sent to the employee in the event of any changes);
- Work cycles (with a timeline display that makes it easier to see changes).
Last but not least: The process for creating a new file is now broken down into multiple steps to simplify the input of information and prevent anything being forgotten.
