Add/Edit/delete a variable remuneration item (VRI) from the individual situation file

Before you get started

Pagga Compensation's "individual situation" interface lets you add, edit, delete and view variable remuneration items (VRI) for an employee.

Access to the functions for adding, editing or deleting a VRI depends on the rights granted in the user role.

Only users with the "Add/Edit VRI" right can access the "New amount" buttons and the VRI correction function.

The "Variable part" section displays the employee's current, future and past VRIs.

then enter:

  • The VRI payment period, mandatory

  • The value which may be an amount or a quantity depending on the configuration of the type, mandatory (value of 0 prohibited)
  • A comment, optional

Pagga Compensation performs consistency checks on the VRIs entered over a period, so it is not possible to enter two identical VRIs over the same period for a single employee.

Edit a VRI

If you need to modify VRI information (type, value or comment), you can click on the row of the VRI to be modified (highlighted on mouseover). Modification is possible for current, past or future VRIs.mceclip4.png

If your modification involves a VRI that has already been exported, the modified VRI will not be exported again.

However, if you add a VRI (new entry) to a previous period that has already been exported, it will be added to the "Latenesses and VRI adjustments over the previous period" file.

Deleting a VRI

Only users with dedicated rights can delete a VRI.

It is possible to delete a current, past or future VRI by clicking on the VRI to be deleted. Click on the "Delete item currently being edited" link at the bottom of the window.

After confirmation, this action is permanent and has the effect of deactivating this VRI. The amount of this VRI will no longer be included in the various calculations and outputs (graphs showing changes in actual wages, reporting, etc.), and the calculation of actual wages will be automatically updated.

You can view deleted VRIs by selecting the "Include deleted items" option.

A deleted VRI cannot be modified.

Please note that the deletion of an exported VRI is not checked and will not be indicated the next time a VRI is exported.
