Creating or editing an accrual profile

Before getting started

The accrual profile determines how much leave an employee accrues each year. This profile is attached directly to a user.

An accrual profile is set up in Settings > Regulations. When you choose a regulation that is already configured, you will find all the accrual profiles for this regulation with the accounts accruing time and the number of employees linked to this profile.

Create an accrual profile

When you are in the regulation you want, click on ‘Create a profile’ in the ‘Accrual profiles’ tab.

You can then define the amount of leave to be accrued during the year for each of the accounts by creating a rule in the Accrual tab:

Link an employee to an accrual profile

To link a user to a profile, go to Employees > HR File. Select the user and in the section "Application data" edit the "Leave accrual profile" information.

Edit or delete a profile

To edit a profile, click on "Edit profile".

You can then change the profile name.

To delete a profile, click on the "Delete" icon. It is only possible to delete a profile if no users are attached to it.
