Create or edit an accrual profile

Before you get started

The accrual profile determines how much leave an employee accrues each year. This profile is attached directly to a user.

An accrual profile is set up in Settings Regulations. When you choose a regulation that is already configured, you will find all the accrual profiles for this regulation with the accounts accruing time and the number of employees linked to this profile.

Create an accrual profile

When you are in the regulation you want, click on ‘Create a profile’ in the ‘Accrual profiles’ tab.

You can then set the number of leave days to be accrued during the year for each of the accounts by creating a rule in the Accrual and adjustment tab:

Attach an employee to an accrual profile

To attach a user to a profile, go to Employees HR File, select the user sheet and in the section "Application data" edit the data "Timmi Absences application profile".

Edit or delete a profile

To edit a profile, click on "Edit profile".

You can then edit the amount of leave to be accrued for each year and the name of the profile.

To delete a profile, click on the "Delete" icon. It is only possible to delete a profile if no users are attached to it.
