How to request, modify or cancel an employee’s leave ?
With this module, you can enter a leave for an employee. You can also manage cessations of work.
To request a leave for an employee, you must:
- select the employee in question in the drop-down menu
- select the leave period
- select the leave account from which the absence will be requested
- determine the people who will be notified about this leave request
- enter a comment if necessary
- click save
To delete or edit a leave, you must:
- select the employee in question in the drop-down menu
- select the leave in question
- check delete or edit the leave depending on your needs
- if you checked edit a leave, select the leave account from which the absence will be requested
- determine the people who will be notified about this leave request
- enter a comment if necessary
- click save
How to enter leave for a group of employees ?
With this module, you are able to enter a leave for a group of employees. When creating a group, you have 4 types of filters available to you:
- legal entity
- department
- SPC
- entitlement acquisition profile
You can combine these filters in order to refine your selection.
