In Lucca tools, users are shared in all of its applications. Here you will find all of the necessary information as well as optional but useful information to fill out for each user in order for Figgo to work properly.

Mandatory information for the user file
Certain information must be completed in the user file in order for Figgo to work properly.
The Figgo primary role defines the access rights in the Figgo application and the tasks that can be completed.
The Figgo application profile determines the days that must be credited to an employee at the end of the month (or at the beginning, depending on the configuration).
The employee number must be identical to the one used in your payroll software. This information will allow for a user to be identified when the Figgo payroll export is generated (for example).
Please note that two users from the same legal entity cannot have the same employee number.
The manager corresponds with the person who will approve user leave. If you would like for leave requests to be automatically approved for this user, simply make him or her their own manager.
Work cycles define the days worked by the employee. By default, Figgo assumes that employees work 5 days a week with Saturday as a non-working day and Sunday as a weekly day of rest. The work cycle will therefore need additional information in the following cases:
- if the employee works on Saturday and/or Sunday.
- if your accounts’ units are in hours.
- if the employee works part-time or flexible full-time.

If the contract start date and the seniority date are not the same, you must complete the seniority date field. This field will therefore be the basis for calculating seniority.
Socio-professional categories (SPC) allow you to be able use this filter in reports in the credit/debit of leave as well as to configure seniority entitlements. You can create, delete or modify SPCs by going to Configure > Socio-professional groups.
The Calendar determines employee holidays. You can view the holidays associated with each calendar by going to Configure > Holiday calendars.
Case 1: You created the employee the month he/she arrived and your leave is credited monthly.
You have nothing else to do. The user will begin accruing leave the moment the automatic entries have been processed. Leave will be credited in proportion to the amount of time the employee has worked that month. This is determined by the user’s contract start date.
Case 2: You created the employee the month he/she arrived but you have some/all leave that are credited at the beginning of the period (example: all RTT is accrued in January).
You will have to manually credit leave. Figgo will remind you in the administrator dashboard that you have to do this.

Case 3: You created the employee after the month he/she arrived.
Here is how to make up the acquisition of entitlements from the employee’s starting month.
Go to the credit/debit menu in Figgo then Recurring rights > Monthly entries. Find the employee’s starting month by clicking the name of the month or by using the arrows to select one.
Checkboxes next to absence accounts will let you know that one or several employees have not been credited in the month selected. Check the boxes and then click Continue. Figgo will then display the proposed credits, and all you have to do is click Save.
