Displaying Leave Accounts Records

Background information

If you do not understand a leave balance, you can check out all the entries that have been made on this absence account to find out the details of the transactions. This can be done in two ways. 

Consult the leave request records

The "Request" module allows you to display your Timmi Absences homepage and that of other co-workers, if your role allows it. Select a name via the drop-down list and click on an account balance to see the details of all the entries that were made. 



View entries in the "Accounting entries " module

With this module, you can edit a table of entries (credits and debits of entitlements) for one or all employees, on one or several leave accounts. You can access it via the Reports > Accounting entries.

You can filter the report:

  • Based on a specific log number by indicating the entry number

  • Based on the desired entities by selecting them

  • Based on the desired departments by selecting them
  • show a particular employee or display all employees

  • Based on the desired accounts by selecting them

  • Based on a type of entry

  • By choosing to display by log code
  • Over a given period of time with a start and end date. You can only specify an end date.

To view the report, click on "View". You will be able to download this report in Excel format.

Each module allowing to credit or debit days has its own specific log code.
This makes it possible to find out which module was used to credit or debit entitlements.
For example, the ODSA log code corresponds to the credits or debits of rights made from Credit/Debit > Employee.
