Before getting started
This help sheet has been created for existing clients who already have the "HR campaigns" module activated. This module should not be activated for any new clients. HR campaigns are to be carried out using the Poplee Performance solution.
Core HR's HR campaign management module handles the distribution and tracking of tasks to be completed by your employees for your reviews, whether they're annual reviews, pay rise or goal-setting reviews, or skill assessments.
Creating a new campaign
To launch a campaign, all you have to do is:
- Click on "Create a new campaign"
- Select a template and check/edit the title
- Click on "Prepare campaign"
- If previous campaigns have been closed, you can reuse them
- Identify the population to be assessed
If you select the "all employees" filter, you can refine the selection of the population to be assessed by clicking on it. A summary of the list of employees concerned will appear, and you just need to click on the "X" to the right of the employee's name to delete the selection.
- Define the tasks to be completed
When you click on "Add a task group", you'll be able to reuse task templates created for previous campaigns.
- Assign an owner to each task and use the description to help them complete it.
Campaign launch
When the campaign is launched, managers will receive an email summarizing the tasks to be carried out
If you've selected 50 employees to be assessed and created three task templates, then 3 x 50 = 150 tasks will be created.
Campaign tracking
Once the campaign has been launched, you can track its progress.
You can launch multiple campaigns at once and track the progress of each one. Once the campaign is complete, you can close it.
Reminders
Emails are automatically sent out each morning to the owners of tasks that are late. If an owner is absent, you'll be able to assign the task to somebody else:
Task templates
The central element of review campaigns is the task template. By combining the most suitable templates, you can model any review campaign process (pyramid, 360°, peer review, etc.). Task descriptions provide a guide for managers during reviews. We recommend inserting reference documents and recommendations on best practices for your company.

This task list can be used for appraisal reviews and professional reviews. All you need to do is attach the document template.

Tips
This module considerably reduces the time required for coordinating a review campaign. In particular, it allows our clients to increase the frequency of reviews by selecting, for example, quarterly reviews instead of annual reviews.
This increased frequency reinforces the relevance of the feedback sent to employees and avoids reviews that only focus on the last three months of the year.
