Connector operation and setup with Onlineformapro

How the integration works

    • Integration direction: Lucca to Onlineformapro for retrieving employees / Onlineformapro to Lucca for updating training-related data
    • Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your Onlineformapro account

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Onlineformapro will retrieve the following data:

• • Employee name
  • Employee’s first name
  • Employee username
  • Business email
  • Contract start date
  • Contract end date
  • Photo of the employee

In order to update your training-related data, you will need to create a customized section in the Core RH. You can refer to this help file to create multi-valued compound data.

Onlineformapro can send the following data:

• • Name of the training course
  • Number of training hours
  • Training course date

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

6. For retrieve custom data from the HR file you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:

• Consult Hr files > select relevant section
• Edit Hr files > select relevant section.

To set up the connector, you need to contact your Onlineformapro representative.

Integration testing

📖 If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.

Adding data to connectors

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
