Connector operation and setup with WorkMotion

How the integration works

    • Type of integration: API 
    • Integration direction: Lucca to WorkMotion 
    • Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your WorkMotion account

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, WorkMotion will retrieve the following data:

• • Employee name
  • Employee’s first name
  • Job title
  • Type of contract
  • Contract start date
  • Professional email
  • Direct line

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

The connection steps to be completed in WorkMotion

1. Connect to your platform
2. Click on "Integration" from the menu on the left-hand side
3. Select "Lucca" and click on "Integrate"
4. Paste your URL and API key, then click "Submit"

Once the integration has been successfully activated, the first synchronization will take a few minutes.

How do I import Lucca employees into my WorkMotion account?

• Click on "Use integrations”
• Select the employees you’d like to import from the list, choose their "Country" from the drop-down list, then click "Import".
