How the integration works

      • Integration direction: Lucca to Oneflex and/or Oneflex to Lucca
      • Setting up the integration: you are not free to activate the connector. You will need to contact your customer service representative at Oneflex

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Oneflex will retrieve the following data:

  • employee details:
    • Employee name
    • Employee’s first name
    • Contract start date
    • Contract end date
    • The employee’s email address
    • Employee Lucca login
    • Employee number
    • Employee's legal entity
    • Departments (name, manager, members)
  • information about employee absences:
    • Date(s) of the employee’s absence

Oneflex will retrieve information on leave, public holidays and part-time work. It creates remote working days in Lucca.

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.

     
  5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

đź“– If you want to test, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure. Please contact your publisher to discuss how to organize tests and integrate them into your Lucca environment.

đź’ˇIf integration allows, it is possible to, it is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:

  • Consult Hr files > select relevant section
