Closing/Archiving/Deleting a review campaign

How do I close a campaign?

Where can I find the "close campaign" feature?

From the Campaigns tab (1), click on the campaign that you want to close (2), in your table. Once you're in the campaign, go to the Settings (3) tab and click the Close campaign (4) button.

Confirm the actions that appear:

What happens to reviews once the campaign is closed?

Completed reviews will be saved.
Non-completed reviews will be frozen in their current status and will also be archived.
For the admin, the campaign will be displayed with the "closed" status:

By clicking on the campaign, the administrator can view the number of completed reviews and the number of reviews that were incomplete when the campaign was closed:

The manager can access completed reviews, as well as reviews that weren't fully completed:

The employee being assessed can access their completed reviews via the "My reviews" page.

They can access non-completed reviews in their archives, with a label that specifies its particular status:

Why close a campaign?

Depending on their topics, campaigns can vary in length, from one week to an entire year. At some point, you will need to close your campaign, even if all of the reviews have not been fully completed.

Closing campaigns will allow you to better monitor them, distinguishing between those in progress and those that are closed (for which you no longer have to carry out any actions). This gives you better visibility and helps to prioritize actions.

By closing a campaign, the information relating to the reviews is saved, regardless of their status:

- Completed reviews are saved.
- Non-completed reviews are archived, so the data is not lost.
- Reviews are saved as they were at the time the campaign was closed.
- They remain visible (depending on the respective permissions).
- They can no longer be edited.

By keeping data relating to reviews when campaigns are closed, you can also:

- Keep track of mandatory reviews (professional reviews, 6-year reviews) started but not validated by the employee.
- Keep archives if an employee leaves the company mid-campaign (dispute, long-term absence).

How to archive a campaign (reversible)

Only closed campaigns can be archived.

You can archive a closed campaign by clicking on the three dots that appear at the end of the closed campaign’s row in the Launched campaigns tab, as shown below.

It is worth noting that when you archive a campaign, it is also archived for all the other administrators who have access to it.

What impact does archiving have?

Archiving lets you declutter the list of campaigns in the Launched campaigns tab, which has the default filters of In progressand Closed. There are no functional changes linked to this new status and archived campaigns can still be found and analyzed by adding the Archived filter to the Status filter.

How to unarchive a campaign

Were you a little too quick to archive a campaign and want it to be shown in the Launched campaigns tab again by default? Unlike the Closed status, which cannot be reversed, you can unarchive campaigns that have been archived. To do this, simply go to the archived campaign and click on the three dots that appear at the end of the campaign’s row.

How to delete a campaign (irreversible)

Which campaigns can be deleted?

Only closed campaigns can be archived.

It's important to only delete test campaigns containing fictional data. Once the campaign is deleted, the associated reviews and PDF reports (if there are any) will be deleted and will no longer be accessible in Poplee Performance or in the Poplee Performance data in the HR file.

How to delete a campaign

Once your campaign is closed, you will be able to access the delete button. To do this, go into Campaigns (1), select the campaign that you want to delete from the list of your campaigns (2), go into the Settings (3) tab and click Permanently delete campaign (4)

You'll then need to confirm the elements below by checking their boxes to permanently delete your campaign:
