Before getting started
Once a session has ended and the participation information has been entered, the employees' individual training certificates can be imported. To find out how to record an employee's participation, refer to this help sheet.
You can also add several types of collective documents to the training session.
Importing a training certificate
Go to the "Participation" tab, then click on the import icon (2), then select a pdf file (3) and import it (4).
Deleting a training certificate
To delete a certificate in case of error, click on the menu to the right of the document, and then click on “Delete certificate”.
Viewing your certificate as an employee
Employees can find their certificates and download them from the "My training courses" tab > "Completed training courses" and then by clicking on the course in question.
Adding documents to the training session
Unlike the individual training certificates, this tab centralizes thecollective documents for all employees for a session. You can add several types of documents to the training session:
- Quotation
- Agreement
- Invoice
- Attendance sheet
- Other
You can always delete an imported the document (5) if it is not right.
