Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Rosaly will retrieve the following data:

  • employee details:
    • Payroll number,
    • First Name,
    • Name,
    • professional email address;
    • personal email address;
    • personal phone number; and
    • Contract start date,
    • Contract end date,
    • IBAN,
    • BIC,
    • contract number.
  • information about employee absences:
    • date of the absence; and
    • Effective date and term,
    • type of absence (day off, sick leave, etc.).
  • information about employee pay:
    • Amount,
    • type (name of the bonus, name of the benefit, etc.)
    • name of the item.

As part of the data synchronization process, Rosaly will send the following data to Lucca:

  • information about employee pay:
    • Amount,
    • Advance payment pay period
    • Employee contract number to be synchronized
    • Type of VRI storing Rosaly advance payments

For the integration to work at its best, you need Lucca Compensation. Without it, you won't be able to manage VRIs in Rosaly.

Lucca Compensation will help you to:

      • avoid overpayments, for example in the event of salary deductions
      • import advance payments into Lucca
      • verify advance payments via the Lucca export

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.

     
  5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

đź“– If you want to test, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure. Please contact your publisher to discuss how to organize tests and integrate them into your Lucca environment.

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
