Before getting started
Once the initial reviews have been completed for a campaign in progress, and even after it has been closed, you can find the responses via the Review analysis tab. This space offers you an overall analysis, as well as more refined insights (department, manager, etc.) of the content of reviews and also lets you identify the different potential levels of your employees.
NB: The responses from the reviewer are the ones which are valid in a review, so they are the only ones shown in the graph analysis. If the reviewer hasn’t added a response or if the question wasn’t in read-only mode, then no response will be shown in the analysis.
Get an analysis for a specific scope
Of course, if your analysis concerns a particular establishment or a specific department, you can easily get it by using the Filters button at the top-right of your screen. You can reset your filters and hide the panel to make browsing easier.
Target responses for one or multiple questions
Want to focus your analysis on one or several questions in particular? No problem: the question panel lets you find them through the search bar.
To improve reading comfort, the panel is collapsible. You can reopen it by using the arrows on the edge, as shown below.
Information on questions
For each question, you can find:
- the participation rate as a %: for an optional question.
- the number of responses: for a required question.
NB: For star/scale/list questions, a comment without value and a value without comment are both considered to be a response.
Display of questions and graphs:
Star and scale questions with fewer than 10 values are displayed as a vertical bar graph. When there are more than 10 values, and for multiple-choice list questions, these will be displayed as a horizontal bar graph for easier reading.
Single-choice list questions will be displayed as a ring graph but can also be converted into horizontal bar graphs.
Display of text questions and comments
For text questions, text data from the HR file, and Goals and Training questions with comments, responses will be displayed in a sidebar, as shown below. By default, the sidebar will be collapsed. It expands if you click on it, and the content of the comments/texts will be shown.
For scale, star, and list questions with comments, you can:
- display comments for the question (with or without value) via the Comments tab for the question. You’ll also be able to filter them, as shown below:
- display responses for a particular value by clicking on the value in the graph.
NB: responses to the most recent review carried out are displayed at the top, and responses to the review with the oldest completion date are displayed at the bottom.
Exporting responses
An "Export" button at the top-right of the screen lets you retrieve:
- Responses to questions via a CSV (Excel) file for reviews completed as of the date of export.
- The status of goals (if there is a goal question) from reviews via a CSV file (Excel) as of the date of export. To find out more about these two files, refer to the dedicated help page: .
- PDF files for all completed reviews from the campaign. To find out more, please refer to this help page.
You can also export responses for multiple campaigns into the same Excel file, as explained on this help page.
