Connector operation and setup with TravelPerk

How the integration works

• Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your Travelperk account.

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Travelperk will retrieve the following data:

• • Employee name
  • Employee’s first name
  • Date of birth
  • Professional email
  • Gender 
  • Contract start date
  • Contract end date
  • Manager's full name
  • Job title
  • Cost center (analytical axes)

This integration generates employees in Travelperk.

This integration does not exchange information concerning expense reports, apart from the recovery of analytical axes.

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

The connection steps to be completed in Travelperk

1. Activate the integration from the Travelperk integration page.
2. Click on "Integrations" in your Account settings
3. Find Lucca in the list of integrations and click on "Set up".
4. On the Lucca page that opens, click on the "Activate" button
5. A pop-up window appears detailing the read data that Travelperk will access from Lucca. Click on "Continue".
6. Another pop-up window appears. You will be asked to enter your Lucca URL. 
   Don't forget to remove "https://" from the start and "/home" from the end of the URL.
7. Another window will open asking you to enter your Lucca API key. 
8. You'll then see a pop-up window saying that you are now connected to Lucca!
9. Click on "Continue”
10. Then "Continue" to confirm access to the data.
11.  End the process by clicking “Finish”.
    You are now ready to set up the integration on the Travelperk platform!
